To transfer Pokémon from older titles for systems in the Nintendo DS family to Pokémon Bank and then to my Nintendo 3DS family system via Poké Transporter, will I need to transfer my Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection ID?
I don't need Pokémon Bank. Can I buy Poké Transporter separately?

Before the release of Nintendo 3DS system Pokémon games, I could transfer Pokémon using the functions of a Nintendo DS system. Why do I now have to use an application that costs money and requires an internet connection?
Can I use Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter if I do not have access to the internet at my home? Are there other places where I will be able to use it?
Do Parental Controls need to be removed to either download or use Pokémon Bank or Poké Transporter?

There is no limit. If you have Pokémon Bank downloaded to your system in the Nintendo 3DS family, you can use it with any number of Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, or Pokémon Ultra Moon Game Cards or downloadable versions.
