The game has a maximum number of figures that you are able to carry at once. If you reach that limit, any figures that you get will be sent to your message box and you can obtain them there. Please make sure that you have enough room available when going to your message box to claim them.
It can take up to 24 hours for these items to appear in your message box. If, after 24 hours, you still don't have your items, contact the Support team and include the following information:
- Support ID
- Your in-game nickname
- What booster packs you opened
- What items you believe are missing
Please note that we ensure the booster packs are random and you may not always receive a particular figure in one. We are unable to comment or provide insight about how the booster packs allocate items.
