Sonic X-treme level files

Just thought I'd post this archive I've had and not-really-reconstructed.

These are the Sonic X-treme original level files/textures. I've renamed some of the textures to their proper state (example:GRASS10F -> GRASS10F1), and removed texture calls lost to time.

However...those texture calls are big in the pallete so essentially I broke some palletes (it's not all bad tho).
